We’re taking out the gluten, the heavy batter, the sugar, the additives and the sluggishness that comes with the usual brunch.

When I became a part of the @toneitup community, one of the first recipes I found & successfully tried were these protein pancakes. They have become a staple in my house. So easy to make & besides them not having the bad stuff in it...they actually are really good for you.
Now, I know what you’re thinking … what’s the catch? These must be pretty flavorless or something. WRONG.

How I taste test all of my healthy versions of classic dishes...I trick my boyfriend into eating them without telling him the ingredients. I did this with the stack right here and he actually praised how good they were, asking how I made them.
This is around the time when I yell surprise and let him know how they’re really made.
Give them a try and you can trick your significant other as well!

Base:

  • 1 scoop Tone It Up protein powder ( vanilla or chocolate )

  • 1/2 banana
