Vegan(ish) Board of Your Dreams
One of my favorite ways to create a healthy but delicious snack is to throw it all together onto a cheeseboard! I put together this dairy-free cheeseboard that combines some of my favorite things to snack on like fresh cut veggies, my favorite simple ingredient crackers, and some of my favorite types of dip to give some variety! This is the perfect thing to make for a game day, bachelor night, or just hanging out with friends and family.
What you’ll need:
Green olives stuffed with red peppers
Yellow Bell Peppers chopped
Carrot Sticks
Celery Sticks
Grapes of your choice (I did red and green!)
An assortment of nuts ( I used almonds and pecans)
Smoked Salmon
*Can Substitute for Vegan Meatballs to keep the board vegan!
Majestic Sprouted Hummus in Garlic and topped it with Red Pepper Flakes!
Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing (FYI the dressing has egg in the ingredients, hence the vegan(ish)

Once you’ve gathered all your ingredients its now time for the fun to begin. To build the board I like to work from the outside in starting with my grapes, veggies, and crackers. Then I go in and add some olives in a glass rammiken, and slice up the vegan cheeses. From there I take the rest of the ingredients (the nuts, smoked salmon or vegan meat of choice, and various dips) and fill in all the missing spots to make the board packed full of all the goods.
